I deal extensively with large scale property acquisitions both as part of larger corporate transactions and as stand alone matters. I have significant experience in residential land acquisitions and disposals, conditional agreements and option agreements. I recently completed the acquisition of a large part-constructed residential development site in York from administrators.

Working significantly with property investors in developing their property portfolios. Acting on high value lettings for well known organisations.

I worked at Shulmans initially as a paralegal in the residential development team working on section agreements and substation transactions relating to the infrastructure of new developments. After 12 months I started a training contract with Shulmans and qualifed in September 2000. Following qualification I moved into the commercial property team working mainly on secured lending matters but also on landlord and tenant matters and commercial property acquisitions.
