Responsible for providing support to the Head of Buying and three Junior Buyers through sample management; buy sheet creation; building supplier relationships; and ensuring our paperwork was accurate and relevant. This position introduced me to buying and sparked my passion!

This was my fourth and final placement on the Merlin Entertainments Graduate Programme.Responsible for the daily operations of the Hospitality departments of the London Eye. This involved managing a team of hosts; setting up the daily schedule and bookings; leading the team briefings; cash handling; customer service and First Aid shifts. Managed any special bookings that took place either in capsule/s on the Eye; in the 4D cinema; or on one of our Riverboats on the Thames. These included Wedding; Corporate Events; Private parties and Brand PR event. Took the lead on planning; organising and running the Valentine's Day events during my time there.

This was my third placement on the Merlin Entertainments Graduate Programme.Responsible for daily duty management of the SEA LIFE Centre in Brighton with a focus on the KPIs (key performance indicators) gathered from our guests. I manage the process and reported them back to the team so we could continue to grow and improve as an attraction giving our guests the best experience possible.

This was my second placement on the Merlin Entertainments Graduate Programme.Responsible for providing support and analysis to the New Site Search team in locating new regions / cities across the global that the company could focus on for new attractions. I worked with the Property Director learning about the different tenancy agreements.

This was my first placement on Merlin Entertainments Graduate Programme.Responsible for the daily operation of three stores in LEGOLAND which included team management; ensuring stock was delivered regularly from our warehouse operation; and achieving our daily SPH targets. Along with taking the lead on rolling out Glow carts for the fireworks nights.Once the theme park closed for the Winter my role was to work with my managers and peers on 2009 season strategy and store preparation.
