Working within NHS Lothian Analytical Services (Unscheduled Care team), running analysis on data relating to A&E and Same Day Emergency Care across Lothian NHS sites. Primarily work in R, with some business intelligence reports using the SAP BusinessObjects platform. Developing skills in Tableau in maintaining and developing dashboards for use across Lothian service.

I was responsible for the production of monthly reports of Ombudsman findings, maintenance of three public-facing website and one staff intranet. Handling press enquiries was also within my remit, as well as assisting with senior management preparation for external appearances, particularly Scottish Parliament committee evidence sessions. I worked on the small project team to establish the SPSO's Scottish Welfare Fund Review function which began in April 2016. My role on that team included stakeholder liaison, design and publication of print and online materials (including designing a new website for the team, based on user research and web accessibility expertise) and the development of an online form for applicants.
