Alison Jones, a masters-level industrial psychologist and wellness professional, brings 30 years of experience in management consulting and organizational development to her corporate leadership and wellness speaking, consulting, and executive coaching practice. She has worked extensively with leaders at all levels, including presidential appointees, to implement change. Her blend of education and experience in the areas of organizational development, management consulting, strategic planning, change management, and health and wellness provide her with unique insights and the ability to help create cultures that are both smart AND healthy. She is the author of the newly released book Character Leadership: How to Attract, Retain, and Energize Employees to Create a Winning Organization (an Amazon #1 bestseller for five straight days). She has also published numerous articles in the areas of organizational wellness and productivity, and has a special area of expertise in helping leaders address stress and other toxicities in the workplace. Ms. Jones earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and English from James Madison University, as well as certifications in change management (Cornell University, Johnson School of Business) and multiple certifications in health and wellness (AFPA-CPT; AFPA-HWC; Les Mills GFI).

Worked within the Human Resource Management Division to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and policies agency-wide. Experience includes extensive group facilitation, survey development and administration, statistical data analysis, report writing, and the presentations to senior executives (including the agency director).
