• Develop effective working relationships with professional and management recruitment agencies, schools and senior levels of internal management
• Organically generate a pipeline of specialized candidates
• Conduct interviews, evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities and input information into ATS
• Consult with senior management to recommend candidates, offer packages, etc.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Responsible for performing a variety of recruiting duties; driving assignments and projects which require on-time delivery
• Partner with local community groups such as workforce development agencies or local community colleges to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
• Exercise good judgement and apply previous high volume hiring/staffing experience to operate independently and quickly
• Support scheduling and execution of hiring events on a regular basis to build and maintain an appropriate funnel of candidates
• Facilitation of all Direct Hiring Events and New Hire Orientations to ensure proper execution
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS (PeopleSoft) systems, and monitor daily measures, partnering with Centralized Funnel Management team members to ensure candidates are hired correctly
