Facilitates extending the joy of cooking to children, families, and schools throughout Chicagoland via the Schoolhouse mobile kitchen.

I design fitness programming and teach 10+ weekly exercise classes for clients of all levels, building long-term relationships for 8 to 10 attendees per class. I manage client communication and utilize social media/email to market new classes, successfully pivoting to 3+ virtual classes during 2020 and building the group to 12 monthly subscribers.I respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a personalized and timely manner, driving efficient problem-solving and increased customer service. I leverage customer trends and feedback to meet the community's needs, launching a youth fitness enrichment program in 2020 and homeschool PE in 2021 for students 7-15 years old. I help clients understand service offerings and provide navigation of classes offered, exceeding brand awareness and performance targets.
