Emmeline’s Pantry is entirely volunteer led by a dedicated group of women who started out in a hallway, providing clothes to women attending court. We are constantly expanding and five years on we now provide food, clothes, toiletries and baby items to women in need.Role includes:Researching and applying for new funding streams Volunteering on food bank/food pantry daysAcquiring furniture for new premisesAppointing artists to provide art for new premisesAchievements include:Sourcing a toy distributor to donate for the Christmas AppealSecuring £500 in funding in December Creating a set of funding proposal documents used to secure and thank funders

Elemental have developed an award winning platform dedicated to helping the social prescribing model of care to be implemented, scaled and measured. By connecting the key stakeholders in community health, Elemental is making it easier to refer and connect people into their community and measure and report on the impact of the referrals. This year ovee 40,000 social prescribing referrals will be made via Elemental. The software is being utilised by CCGs, NHS Foundation Trusts, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and VCSEs to support communities in accessing and engaging in local programmes.
