I lead a team of attorneys and legal professionals who provide insurance transactional and regulatory affairs support to Corebridge’s life insurance companies and associated businesses. Additionally, I oversee Corebridge’s State and Federal government affairs group. In my role, I also provide general legal & regulatory support to various functions, such as Finance, Actuarial and ERM, and advise and support our life insurance companies’ capital planning activities, strategic initiatives and related transactions. Outside of work, I find tremendous joy volunteering at my children’s schools and as a parent volunteer for their activities outside of school. I have served as a room parent during my children's elementary school years, a Cub Scouts leader during their time in Cub Scouting, and most recently serve as the Scoutmaster for my daughter’s Scouting BSA Troop. I joined Corebridge in 2006 after being in private corporate law practice for approximately 7 years. Prior to joining Corebridge, I was a Corporate Associate in the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. My practice areas at Skadden Arps included mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions with focus in China regions, corporate finance and general corporate governance.
