• One of seven graduates to be selected for the Improvement Service for Scottish Local Government’s first National Graduate Scheme. • Member of Improving Outcomes team, providing a range of support and contributing to the successful delivery of a number of projects and Business Plan targets.• Evaluated several sets of survey results and feedback from IS events and projects and wrote reports summarising the key results and making recommendations for improvement. • Researched and evaluated online materials for professional networks. • Involved in researching and writing a benchmarking guide for councils and a Briefing Note for all Scottish councillors.• Participated in facilitation skills training, where I learned how to display confidence in understanding the theory and research behind facilitation skills and tools and gained practical experience facilitating discussions at an event.

• Worked as part of the Programme Management Strategy Unit team on an Options Feasibility Study on the future of the iconic Dounreay Fast Reactor sphere.• Created and populated new project database.• Independently researched and wrote a strategic report on the effects and risks of decommissioning on biodiversity at Dounreay.• Member of a small team working on the Dounreay Heritage Strategy which involved communicating with expert Heritage Consultants and important stakeholders including Dounreay’s senior management team and the Chief Inspector and Head of Listing from Historic Scotland through meetings and in writing, and with the local community through writing articles for a local newspaper and preparing information leaflets.
