Review Client Charts and Agency/Staff Documentation for Ongoing Adherence to All Mental Health Service Guidelines and Standards of Care including Recommendations for Best Treatment Practices in the Delivery of Mental Health Support Services, Notify Program Manager of Updates/Corrections Needed to Agency Documents resulting from DBHDS or Medicaid Regulation Changes.Review Agency Compliance to Guidelines for Initiating Client Services with Clinically Appropriate Supporting Documentation and Client Specific Examples Provided Justifying Service Need, Review/Revise Agency Documents, Staff Paperwork and Client Charts for Compliance with Medicaid and State Regulations, Complete Documented Reviews of Client Chart Adherence to Medicaid and State Regulations Making Corrections to Any Errors if AbleAssist Staff with Understanding and Providing Outstanding Service Delivery in the following areas: Professionalism in Interactions w/Others, Thorough Client Assessment revealing Specific Areas of Need, Following a Service Delivery Model that utilizes a Client Centered Treatment Focus, understanding Ethics and Boundaries, Demonstration of Individualized Interventions reviewed & Amended based on Progress Demonstrated, Timely Submission of Accurate and Clinically Sound Documentation, Demonstrating a Thorough Knowledge of Client Mental Health & Substance Abuse Hx and their Current Axis I-V Diagnosis.Assist Staff with Understanding Appropriate Interventions related to client level of functioning/diagnosis/readiness to change/etc, Review Staff Documentation for Demonstration of Knowledge and Ongoing Adherence to Social Work and Counseling Ethics, Review any Ethical Concerns with Program Director and/or Staff, Provide Staff with Tools or Info in Areas of Need for Professional Growth & Development to include Generating Handouts or Creating Staff Trainings, Assist Staff in Understanding and Integrating Clinical Terminology into Treatment Plans and Progress Notes where Appropriate.
