Current Role - Senior NursePosition Description –First line management of a number of contracts in SME’s and UK wide companies,Staff management of staff including training and supervision in both local and remote locations,Development of audit tools and undertaking audits,Development of policies and procedures for general Occupational Health and specific to business need,Provision of occupational health services to SME’s.Most recent success in management and development of services to Northumbria Police (2010 – 2012).The challenging environment allowed demonstration of adaptability and flexibility to meet the clients diverse needs and expectations.
