Postdoctoral researcher in Jeraj Lab / Image Guided Therapy group at the University of Wisconsin in the department of medical physics. I study neurodegeneration through medical image analysis with the goal of advancing a precision medicine approach to diagnosis and disease management. I also aid in the development of data analysis projects directed at treatment assessment in various cancer therapies using molecular imaging. As part of a large research group, I manage group projects and operations, mentor students and postdocs, and facilitate external collaborations and academic service.

Postdoctoral researcher in Jeraj Lab / Image Guided Therapy group at the University of Wisconsin in the department of medical physics. I developed a deep learning model to distinguish the stages of Alzheimer's Disease from patient brain images. I used deep learning and statistical analysis to explore the effects of chemotherapy on the brain and the intersection of cancer-related cognitive decline, dementia, and normal aging.

Transitioned to CEO in mid 2023 after over a year as COO under excellent entrepreneurial mentorship. I continue to lead ProPhounD's operations and events team in addition to adding executive responsibilities and deeper contributions to the sales and partner relations teams.I aim to lead by example and service, always in an effort to advance ProPhounD's mission-driven company vision: To build a better world by enabling smart people to solve challenging problems in roles that are best fit for them.

Managed operations at ProPhounD and collaborated with a team of 5 co-founders to design, launch, and build our company. Completed a PhD in Physics at the University of Notre Dame. Performed wet-lab based biophysics research on particle size distributions in cells using measurements of their optical properties with Light Transmission Spectroscopy. Additional studies included protein/antibody binding and cancer to normal cell comparisons - both in experiment and simulation.

Worked on an independent undergraduate research project with Dr. Ben Evans in the Physics Department. Evaluated several factors governing the heating efficiency of magnetic nanoparticles for magnetic hyperthermia, an alternative cancer treatment. Work was supported by a Summer Undergraduate Research Experience grant and the Lumen Prize - Elon's highest distinction for undergraduate research.
