In 2001, I established Jesters Community Interest Company, delivering integrated childcare services for 100s of local families of 4-12 year olds in Essex. In the last 4 years Jesters has expanded into Early Years Education and Childcare.I over 40 teachers and childcare professionals and together we work in close partnership with a range of stakeholders across all communities to include education, health services, libraries, local childcare groups and the early years team at Essex County Council. Delivering from 3 separate (soon to be 4) settings we provide nursery, preschool and out of school childcare. With a great Ofsted record and a number of quality assurance kite-marks underway we're financially self sufficient and looking forward to continuing to support the quality of family life for many more within our local communities and to continue to grow, sustainably, for future generations. www.jesterskids.orgWe are members of the PSLA, NDNA, and OOS alliance. Freelance OD consultant, designing and implementing successful learning and OD programmes across the UK. For the last 4 years Ive worked as an associate with Korn Ferry Haygroup in partnership with the Kings Fund, NHS Leadership Academy and latterly Her Majesty's Treasury, delivering and facilitating a variety of leadership development programmes for graduates through to senior executives. Previously I've worked for four of the top NHS Trusts including Royal National Othopediac, University College London, Great Ormond Street and Moorfields to support them with Personal Development and Equalities & Diversity training. Ive run action learning sets for front line team leaders through to senior management teams and supported with corporate leadership and service developments for at least three different Library, Culture and Museums services. Ive designed and delivered customer service programmes for over 5 different library authorities in addition to what was the London Libraries Development Agency. I've worked as an associate consultant with the Improvement and Development Agency (I&DeA) to conduct organisational culture diagnosis for 3 separate borough Councils resulting in new organisational values and behavioural competency frameworks being implemented.I've designed and delivered various training and development programmes including leadership/management develelopment, team building, managing change and performance management.I am licensed to administrate and feedback the Myers Briggs Type Indicator 1 & 2 and am BPS Levels A&B trained.
