I have worked with Land Registry for over 20 years in a variety of roles. I have a passion for customer service and have worked in customer facing roles for the last 20 years. From managing the Data Services Team and being responsible for the delivery of our Commercial Services to managing commercial opportunities on a day-to-day basis. I have worked on several Projects relating to Quality, Order Management and Service Delivery. I work closely with our Corporate Legal Services and managed the accreditation of LR as an Information Fair Trader with TNA through three verifications. I am currently a Senior Product Manager for Land Registry working on Data Products and Services.Over the next three years I will be working closely with all market sectors to publish as much of our data as we can.I'm the Senior Product Manager for Land Registry's published datasets, including the Price Paid Dataset and the National Polygon Service. I developed the on-line Standard Report Tool which allows users to create reports by specific area and time period for average house prices and the volume of sales. I also manage the Leases Dataset, which I launched in July 2020. As the Contract Manager I work with our Legal Department to provide the licensing terms under which we make our data available.
