I have a strong administration and PA background having originally trained as a bilingual secretary , initially working for the Ministry of Defence and then going on to work as a PA in the advertising world. After completing a recognised marketing qualification, I worked for various blue chip finanacial services organisations such as GE Capital, Visa International and Lloyds TSB in marketing roles both here in the UK and abroad. Since starting a family over 20 years ago, I have worked part-time locally using and improving on my skills . I am now Operations Manager at Sharp Minds Communications Ltd - an award winning PR and marketing communications company. I also teach swimming at Holmewood House School.I have experience of working in the charity sector - specifically Gallards Almshouses in Southborough where I worked for 3.5 years as Assistant to the Clerk of the Trustees and was instrumental in raising £2.5m for their redevelopment. Until June 2023 I also volunteered for Age UK.I am capable, well organised and proactive whilst maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task.
