About Alison E. Hartman

As an analytical chemist with the Agricultural Experiment Station - Chemical Laboratories at the University of Missouri, I process and analyze a wide variety of agricultural and environmental samples for trace and major elemental concentrations using ICP-MS. I also assist in developing methods for the analyses of uncommon elemental concentrations and the processing of unique sample matricies. My personal research interests include optimization of ICP-MS analyses, biogeochemical cycling of trace elements and environmental remediation/restoration.
