 I have over 7years experience of managing a volunteer programme. Training volunteers - delivering 8 week training programme. A excellent awareness of boundaries and confidentiality. A comprehensive Selection process. Reference & DBS checks, placing volunteers within our service sites as well as 8 outside agency sites also. Providing supervision, general support, administration. To support staff who lead with some volunteers.  I have developed the volunteer programme to what it is today. My commitment in maintaining a Professional approach to all people and backgrounds. I have twelve years experience of community work. Experience of supervision and supporting staff. Experience of multi agency working.  Employment: from our volunteer programme, a vast amount of our volunteers have gained employment from within our services as well as other fields within the community.* I collate stats and report on all Community engagement within our service, as well as supporting with our Community Recovery Champions, various academic students and staff.

ARCH Initiatives: July 2001 - Nov 2008Position Substance Misuse Worker, duties consist of assessments, care plan, solely facilitating and promoting women’s 12 week group programmes, one -one counselling clients with varying needs, and key work sessions, home visits, organizing own case load, referring on to appropriate services, attending Social Services case conferences as well as core group meetings. I was also a Team Leader from 2015 and managed a variety of teams - Family services, Out Ream, and specific designated teams that where funded individually.

Social Services: from April 1995 till 2001.Position: Home Carer, Duties, consist of personal care/emotional support, encouragement, listening skills, verbal and written reports. Supporting family members and doing assessments.

Position: senior assistant, Duties: to organize activities, monitor children, on occasions take charge of children and staff.
