Responsible for all aspects of the successful transfer of a large multi location operation (450+ colleagues) to an outsource company, including third party selection, operating model design, regulatory authorisation, recruitment, testing and implementation.Played a lead role in the instigation and development of the functional strategy and target business operating model whilst ensuring all stakeholders where effectively engaged in the development and delivery of the strategy.
