Oversee the daily operations of the Intensive Case Management department. Ensure member's behavioral health needs are met and coordination of care with providers and family members is executed. Develop workflows and standard operating procedures that improve interdepartmental communications and overall departmental functioning.

Oversee adolescent, adult, dual, and geriatric PHP and IOPs.

Currently teaching Essentials of Psychology at the undergraduate level and Introduction to Counseling at the graduate level.

I served as counselor in a non-profit community-based partial care program, which provides services for adults with a serious and persistent mental illness and dual diagnosis. In this role, I implemented and conducted group therapy sessions in a variety of areas including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety for Trauma & Addiction, Anger Management, Binge Eating, and Mental Health Psychoeducation. I also provided individual counseling for those individuals in need of such services as well as fundamental case management services.
