Lead Project Manager on the Learning Experience Design team. Developed project plans to drive the development of two flagship Cybersecurity & Software Development courses for university partners. Developed resource planning & management templates that were utilized department wide. Created & delivered status reports which were consumed by C-level suite executives. Maintained product roadmap and led the department on standardizing JIRA usage.

Lead Project Manager overseeing the development of over ~1600 courses with a cumulative ~$15mm budget. Responsibilities included managing a team of 45+ authors, editors, Instructional Designers, Informational Analysts and Quality Control team members. I assisted in determining scope, cost, resources, and schedules for multiple projects at a time. I created and delivered to executive level management weekly reporting for budget and all project statuses. I am skilled in the development and refinement of project plans specifying goals, resource allocation, scheduling, and identification of risks & their contingency plans and, as needed, process improvement. I am comfortable managing changes to project scopes, utilizing JIRA and Smartsheet to communicate those shifts and ensuring each resource is being used to their full allocation. I measured project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identified and quantified any budget variances, performed any required corrective actions, and communicated to all stakeholders. In instances where errors surfaced in a course that impacted the user experience, I engaged and worked closely with engineers to troubleshoot and provide resolution in a timely manner. If a project required features that cannot be created in-house, I have engaged third party vendors, created Statements of Work, facilitated training, documented deliverables, and verified billing details.

Responsibilities included developing and/or refining project plans of varying lengths and budget; specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks, and allocation of available resources; executing on tasks listed on project plans; managing changes in project scope and pushing changes through appropriate approval channels for the Travel Media Group. Major projects included assisting in coordinating 10+ new product launches on both .com and iPad/iPhone applications, a co-branded site redesign for Hilton Hotel & Resorts and two sweepstakes promotional launches which totaled over $1mm in value.

I successfully managed $5+ million in revenue across desktop, mobile and tablet. I oversaw high-impact HTML5 ad executions on redesigned USATODAY.com and was the liaison between in-house developers and creative agencies for clients. Responsibilities included managing all post sale client communications and compliance for the Southeast territory, reviewing/tracking major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function specs, tech specs, etc.) to ensure brand quality standards and client expectations are met; understanding of company capabilities, services and the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to the clients; delivery of weekly reporting detailing week over week revenue gains and revenue at risk.

I provided 360 degree advertising solutions for clients specifically in the Travel, Advocacy and New Business sector. Created sales collateral that was utilized companywide and to top spending advertising clients. I worked directly with Marketing, Editorial, & Content Integration teams to bring cross-platform ideas to our clients & agencies. Created and managed multiyear contracts for USA TODAY strategic partnerships including “ASAE and The Center for Association Leadership”.
