I have eleven years of academic library leadership experience, orchestrating strategic and collaborative planning and implementation for library services, collections, programs, and assessment. My experiences include leading library faculty and staff, including professional development and performance evaluations, and serving as the chief fiscal officer for libraries. My roles have also included engaging in consortial arrangements and agreements. At Marymount University, I participate in university-wide leadership and planning through the Provost’s Council and the President’s Extended Cabinet, and lead projects on behalf of Academic Affairs. Beyond the university, I serve on the Board of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, as chair of the Board of the College Library Director Mentoring Program, and as the chair of the Virginia Independent College and University Library Association.
