For my whole career I've been passionate about beauty. Now I know what you're thinking..... but Im not just talking about lip fillers and botox (although I do work in aesthetics!). I'm talking about the self fulfillment of taking a business to the next level. Both my own company and the aesthetic practices and salons that I work with.....to be responsible for someone elses business growth is an awesome feeling. There's beauty in it!! To motivating teams of therapists and introducing new tech and education to inspire and improve not only a salons day to day business but their clients expectations as well. Over my career I have learnt to import product and systems, research, write and accredit training courses and stand up in front of colleagues, professionals and gurus to give my opinions and thoughts!!! I guess you could say I'm used to living 'outside of my comfort zone' but apparently it's the place to be if you want to improve your skillset so currently mine's improving leaps and bounds!!Forging strong bonds and relationships are the cornerstone of my business and I aim to work on my social media strategy in 2022.........I think I'll need help!!So in a nutshell, I'm a positive force within the beauty industry providing the latest technology for permanent treatments in Super Hair removal and Super Skin Rejuvenation. Analysing a salons business model and advising a way forward for growth and sustainability by implementing our treatments has been the last 6 years strategy. I'm looking forward to this years challenges and cementing our new joint venture campaign.When I'm not working I'm an avid horserider, dog walker and of course vino drinker.
