I also support the group in guest and agency communications, social media, and reputation management. Relevant responsibilities have included:- Creation of Bespoke Digital & Print Collateral: Copy lead on all guest-facing materials for hotels and their respective F&B outlets, revenue-driving seasonal, segment-specific and promotional material, and brand collateral for individual properties - Website Copywriting: Overhauled 7 property websites leading to an overnight increase in reservation conversions- Content Writing: Official hotel communications, high-engagement guest/agency mailings, SEO-conscious content- Marketing Support: Ensuring distribution of content across relevant platforms, maintenance of up to date collateral, imagery, videos and hotel content across channels, upkeep of hotel website information
