My role is to comply with hygiene and safety, record stock levels, and independently handle the opening and closure. As I worked here for several years, I now manage a small team with the ability to work in any position required. Some events I have worked on are Digbeth Dining Club, the Commonwealth Games and several concerts at the Ricoh Arena.

A partnership with Warwick University organising an event tailored towards 11-16-year-olds to inspire young people with science, technology and arts. I worked within a team planning and designing the event as well as being part of the team managing the event. hosted
