Assistant Director of Student Success Programs (SSP), focused on the First-Generation Student Success programs at UC San Diego, which includes The Student Success Coaching Program (SSCP) and the Triton Firsts Iniative. SSCP supports the success and retention of a distinct cohort of first-generation college students at UC San Diego through a variety of indivualized coaching programs and services, while Triton Firsts brings together all first-generation students, staff, faculty, alumni and supporters in large-scale events.
