Responsible for supporting paramedic students, offering advice and guidance, arranging work placements, carrying out interviews and reviews. Working closely with students and University staff including tutors to gain the most out of their training and work experience.

Delivery of work based training for apprenticeships. Carrying out performance reviews, interviews, offering advice and guidance, recruitment and marketing. Working closely with students and employers to meet targets and gain completion of qualfication.

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of 100 apprentices. Managing a team of Co-ordinators and Administrator. Duties included assessing, recruitment, interviewing, offering advice and guidance. Managing apprenticeship programmes, including Business Administration, Accountancy AAT, ICT, Customer Service. Working closely with students to ensure timely achievers. Also working with gaining Functional Skills and Employability training.
