- Collection and analysis of data for use in a variety of reports for distribution to yourtown leadership and the Board across Federal and State-funded programs- Development of processes including service handbooks, caseload segmentation resources and strategies, and program-specific guidance cards- Supporting the implementation of a pilot program to address long term unemployment across three locations nationally, including assistance with the program launch, development of collateral, policies and procedures, initial assessment paperwork, and initiated caseload management structures- Ongoing contract management, program support, staff training, administration and reporting for pilot program- Strong collaborations with various business units, with lead responsibility for the creation of marketing resources across all Employment Services programs, including service delivery plans, program flyers, promotional material, presentation tools and social media resources- Assistance with the service model development and provision of data for State and Federally funded tender submissions

- Provision of individually tailored post placement support services to young people to assist them to achieve employment outcomes- Gathering of appropriate payroll evidence for clients in employment for claiming purposes- Achieving performance targets with regards to 4, 12 and 26 week claims- Liaising with employers regarding wage subsidy offers and arranging for preparation of associated paperwork- Regular communication with Regional Managers, and on site staff; and MAX Employment Outcomes Unit- Maintaining compliance with client records in line with contractual requirements- Liaising with government departments such as Department of Human Services, Helpdesk etc.
