Role & Key Responsibilities: Providing a seamless process for clients by checking documentation & invoices to ensure agreements enforceable when activated; carrying out verbal verification calls as necessary; processing payments; developing best practices in line with new IT systems whilst maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders. Acting with integrity at all times, embracing the philosophy of "Treating Customers Fairly". Providing cover where required for other parts of the business, including Credit & Support functions.Core Skills: In-depth knowledge of financial products including loans, leases & hire purchases; strong relationship management and communication; excellent analytical skills; compliance; attention to detail; time management.
