My background combines HR and Consultancy experience gained in the private and public sectors, including financial services, central government, education, FMCG, regulation, manufacturing, justice community, telecommunications, energy and hospitality. My consultancy experience spans a range of projects, many of which focus on identifying talent within organisations, such as future strategic leaders and candidates for accelerated development. While working at all levels to facilitate individual and organisational change, I have focused increasingly on executive assessment and profiling in recent years.
