Providing front line support and training for maintenance and project management applications created within Aize. Ensure all users have been fully trained in their required applications. Liaising with Clients to ensure they have access to all they data they require. Ensure users are kept up to date and fully supported with any bug fixes and changes to the applications.Systems supported include: Aize - visualise, navigate, collaborate and work on a digital representation of your asset; akims - inclusive project management system.

Training employees in the use of the in-house document management system, akims™, and also giving new starts induction training in the main systems that Aker use on a day to day basis. Give support to all akims users with any problems they may have when using the system. Liaise with all Project Managers to ensure that their project is fully versed in the use of akims and relay any change requests to the programmers. Liaise with Clients to ensure they understand how akims works and that they can navigate the system to find any documentation and reports that they need. Carry out extensive testing to ensure akims is suitable for purpose and report any faults to the programmers to be fixed. Auditing of the projects to keep ahead of any problems / faults that may occur.

Main duties included creating training course presentations and handouts, delivering training on the internal computer software and health and safety topics. I setup a new Excellence Through Quality (ETQ) database to replace the existing training matrix, spent time working in Houston to achieve this. Also organised training courses with external training companies.
