Managed a case load between 100-150 files of injured employees for apprx 12-15 different employers, each with different standards and special handling instructions. Assisted employees in returning to work post injury, and worked with legal team to negotiate and settle claims.

Indestructo is a family owned company, I assisted customers in planning events and choosing the proper equipment they would need to rent, all while determining where we could potentially encourage the customer to expand their needs with us. Also mastered the filing system and worked with our webmaster to revamp our website.
