Creative project management - helping organisations to deliver creative, design and print work in a fully managed environment. From creating the brief, resourcing and pricing to scheduling and ensuring quality delivery to time and budget.

I started my career at CDS as a marketing assistant and quickly developed into client facing and relationship building roles. I worked with and owned accounts including the Metropolitan Police, the Cabinet Office, Arts Council and the Department for Education. My responsibilities were to ensure a great service delivery to each of my clients with their content and communication needs. I worked closely with CDS colleagues and in-house production teams (designers, developers and print managers) to source costs, resource for each project, plan in work and seeing through the successful delivery of each requirement.Examples of project delivery included; public facing marketing materials, sensitive government documents which required strict QA and diligence, online branded templates and systems for non-designers to use.My latest role as Senior Account Manager provided me with great experience working across creative, print and digital delivery - advising and consulting on different channels for information design and reach. As well as client management, this role involved scheduling work in with the Studio and tracking progress and changes to delivery, requiring effective and timely liaison between production and client.Clients included the Met Police marketing and comms team, Northamptonshire County Council and the Yorkshire Building Society.

Project Manager for Creative. Clients included MOD, Carbon Trust and the ODA legacy team.Oversaw and managed copywriting, design, print production and distribution of staff magazines, annual reports and internal reporting documents.

Creative Services Account Manager for London 2012 - LOCOG and ODA, working closely with the Communications team in delivering marketing and operational material for the Games. Attended regular project meetings and Agency Day briefing meetings where we collaborated with other agencies to share knowledge and ideas.

Role included account managing the Environment Agency and traffic managing creative work in the Leeds studio.

Account Manager in London based office. Key accounts included Department for Transport, Defra and the London Development Agency. I also managed a growing office and a team of two designers, a proofreader and a business development manager.

Account Executive for Jobcentre Plus, managing fast turnaround orders and delivery of marketing and event materials for each regional office. Prior to this role I was Print Account Exec for DWP and CSA clients managing large print and distribution volumes of training materials.
