About Alison Limbaugh

With over seventeen years of customer service, I know what it takes to make a customer happy. Twelve of those seventeen years, I have succeeded in my day-to-day tasks over and over, which has landed me numerous awards for outstanding performance and displaying qualities around Directv’s culture. During that time, I learned how to engage with peers and superiors and communicate effectively, with the end goal being the company's gain. The positions I have held in the past have taught me valuable knowledge in several categories: teamwork, critical thinking, multi-taking, organization, and integrity. With my critical thinking skills, I have identified system breakage as it is occurring and helped aid in resolving the issue.
