Provide effective lessons for student to strength weak subjects and attain high understanding of subject content.  Organised timetable for each individual students for tutorial lessons and led to gain a higher understanding of school content. Conducted some reach to understand each student’s strength and weakness. Created sample test paper and designed personal learning process to enhance student’s future performance.
