During my time at Foster Wheeler I carried out administrative and translation based tasks. I used Microsoft Word and Excel to keep records up to date. Also I created copies of employee records to be stored digitally, making sure they were correct and up to date. I translated documents from Spanish to English to be sent to HR offices in Britain and the USA. Finally I took part in training courses attended by interns and permanent staff members. My experience in Madrid allowed me to develop my Spanish skills as well as gain an insight into HR and the internal recruitment process.
