With over 19 years of teaching and 4,500 classroom hours, I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor who loves to share the benefits of wellness and functional movement with my students. Since March of 2020, I teach classes via an on-line platform. As a registered yoga teacher, and a certified group fitness instructor, I have the qualifications and skills to teach yoga and functional movement safely and effectively to different levels and needs. I also have a bachelor's degree in health care administration and over 20 years of experience in legislative, community, and social services work, which gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the health and wellness industry. My mission is to help my students achieve their fitness and wellness goals, and to inspire them to live healthier and happier lives.
