CurrentNew Client Implementation:- Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring trust through reliability and a commitment to exceeding expectations.- Lead a low-touch/no-touch implementation process for ContractWorks, creating a seamless onboarding experience.- Co-host "Ask Me Anything" product sessions to support Customer Success, providing open forums for client questions and enhancing product understanding.- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and user training to meet various client needs and ensure successful product adoption.- Educate users at all levels, customizing methods to boost skill development.- Support customers with inbound queries, resolving issues proactively to enhance satisfaction.- Volunteer to assist with BillingPoint support ticket resolution, ensuring efficient customer support.- Monitor product engagement, implement strategies to drive usage, and manage renewals for long-term client retention.- Upsell professional fee-for-service offerings, identifying opportunities to provide additional value to clients.- Oversee SimpleLegal turnkey projects, enabling scalable and efficient onboarding.- Strong communication skills, presenting complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.Cross-Departmental Support & Team Engagement:- Plan and execute team-building exercises and virtual events to foster collaboration and team culture.- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to drive deal closures and ensure successful renewals.- Partner with Engineering for technical setup and account configuration to ensure a smooth initial experience.- Work closely with Product to prioritize client-driven features and improvements, fostering a customer-focused development approach.Professional Services Skills:- Highly organized, managing priorities independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.- Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and adaptability in early-stage products.
