Officer in charge of the plans and training division for the 308th Military Intelligence Battalion. Responsible for ensuring all Battalion and Company level training events are properly planned, resourced and executed successfully. -Singularly responsible for the successful planning and execution of the Special Agents in Charge Training Week, an event that brought all Special Agents in Charge of 56 Field Offices from around the country to Fort Meade, MD.-Lead Operational Security (OPSEC) officer for the Battalion.

Responsible for coordinating and synchronizing all aspects of external training exercise participation for subordinate units in order to ensure that participation in external exercises are properly resourced, funded, scheduled, and supported. -Served as the lead element directing and managing the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation, life support, and funding for over six different Maneuver Combat Training Center rotations. -Laid the groundwork for two Division level WarFighter exercises, something that the Corps had not participated in for over a year.-Regularly advised senior leaders on supply chain risk management, ensuring necessary materials arrived to all exercises.-Rated in top 10% of officers in the unit while the most junior ranking officer in the unit.

Primarily responsible for engaging the female population and Afghan families in an objective area when such contact may be deemed culturally inappropriate if performed by male service members. Directly supported a Special Operation Force (SOF), Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) within one of the most challenging and austere combat zones in Afghanistan.-Held engagements with Afghan families in 13 villages at risk to insurgent influence. -Participated in over 60 combat patrols and 100 engagements, greatly increasing the ODA’s success along all major lines of operations.-Facilitated the initiation of the Afghan National Security Force Literacy program, Afghan Local Police Literacy Program, Radio Literacy Program, all of which became the only means for education in the region for all children.-First CST to connect the Chorah District Women’s Clinic in Uruzgon Province to the smaller villages of Chorah District, enhancing effectiveness of the government and improving the lives of Afghan families in the region.-Rated as #1 officer in operational area. Selected to represent the CST program at the SOF academic week.
