I am a leadership development theorist and practitioner, embodied executive coach, and a trauma-informed therapist. I help ambitious leaders and teams to transform their toughest challenges and harness difficult transitions for growth and development. I am the co-founder of leadership consultancy Switch On and the co-creator of Bio-Transformation®, a cohesive theory and toolset for activating lasting, positive change in individuals, teams, organizations, and systems—underpinned by the latest brain and behavior science integrated with wisdom and practices from the contemplative traditions.With a BA and advanced training in trauma-informed therapies like Craniosacral, EMDR and yoga, I’m passionate about re-humanising cultures and I lead on practices, resilience, relationship dynamics and leadership/learning circles. I help leaders to become more effective by deepening their embodied wisdom, transcending their inner critic, regulating their emotions and increasing felt senses, and transforming protective patterns that are blocking potential—so they can play their fullest part in improving, envisioning and regenerating the communities, organizations, and systems they lead. I have coached individual leaders, and co-led leadership programs, in Europe, China, and the USA (e.g. Zalando, Syngenta, Citizen).A former Team USA elite gymnast— and professional dancer and choreographer in Los Angeles and San Francisco—I am a specialist in the power and challenges of bringing psychological safety, embodiment, and relational intelligences into the workplace—and passionate about building the confidence and consciousness of leaders that identify as women to break into senior, purpose-driven roles.A former lecturer at UC San Francisco—and empowerment educator in schools and prisons across California (e.g. San Quentin), I serve the transformation of leaders and teams through understanding the mind-body connection and developing cognitive agility with emotional stability to shift defense mechanisms held from adverse experiences.
