Director of Channel Marketing with responsibility to lead our team to success in four majors points of focus: - working with Belden's key Distribution Partners to define, execute and monitor mutually benefically promotion and programs; - worldwide responsibility for the roll-out, expansion and adpotion of Belden's PartnerAlliance contractor program; - to review, revamp and extend the Enterprise Training function; - and drive the development, deployment and use of Sales Enablement tools for our strategic accounts, direct sales as well as our manufacturer's rep firms.

Director of Outbound Marketing focused on ensuring consistency of message delivery throughout the global organization. In this role I managed all outbound marketing initiatives for the global Enterprise Connectivity platform; established and implemented global processes for outbound marketing, promotions, incentives and commercial programs; directed all efforts in the generation and qualification of marketing leads; and was responsible for the marketing contribution to the Sales Funnel. Under my management the outbound marketing team transformed from one person working with oursourced resources to a well honed in-house outbound marketing team able to offer global support in multiple languages. I recaptured budget that previously went to outsourcing and redirected it to increasing lead generation activities and implementing a marketing automation tool and a sales enablement tool.The Lead Generation and Qualification process saw a 100%+ increase in the number of raw lead generated from Marketing Activities, the number of Opportunities passed to Sales, our contribution to the Sales funnel and our Closed Won value.Our highly effective team established the organization's first global internal communications process, able to keep the entire organization abreast of new products, new process, tips and tricks, events and media outreach.
