I am the manager of a high end, luxury Hair Salon in Los Angeles California. My duties include, managing the schedule and all clients, making sure all employees are on time and ready to work, counting inventory, daily sales and commision reports, answering emails, payroll which is done weekly. I run all Social Media accounts, create all content, and marketing for the salon which includes Instagram, TikTok, Pintrest, Yelp, and Google.

As a Lash Extension Specialist, I worked one on one, consulting with each client to determine exactly what their goals were. Being an Independent Contractor, I handled all my bookings, finances and inventory. I also did all my own marketing and content for all social media platforms.

Being a server at a high end restaurant, I was responsible for each customer and their individual experience. Having an understanding of Japanese cuisine was imperative when suggesting dishes to customers. I was responsible for several tables at a time, ringing in orders with complete accuracy, having a knowledge of all specialty cocktails and Japanese Sake, handling money and ensuring each guest was happy and well taken care of.

As a Lash Specialist, I was responsible for meeting each individual clients expectations. At the beginning of every appointment, I took time to do a full consultation to ensure they were satisfied with the end results. Honest communication between myself and each client was something crutial in order to build a trusting, long lasting relationship and returning client. I was knowledgable on our booking system, I scheduled clients accordingly and pre booked clients at the end of each appointment, I handled all payment types and kept track of daily reports.
