Assist customers by offering exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Greet customers as they enter the kiosk, providing product recommendations based on any information given, and completing transactions both cash and digital accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the district manager and other team members to ensure daily/weekly/monthly tasks get completed and store standards are maintained. Train and lead team members to feel confident and capable on the sales floor. Manage store inventory using Teamwork Commerce by doing regular cycle counts, keeping track of and adjusting out expiring/damaged goods, accepting Purchase Orders, printing barcodes for necessary items, maintaining and organizing the stockroom, and assisting in visual merchandising while keeping in close contact with the buying team to ensure items are restocked as needed as well as relaying customer satisfaction, suggestions, and opinions through daily written KPI reports.

Fully responsible for the management and upkeep of a cash only bar. Accepted liquor and beer deliveries, helping move and organize heavy boxes and kegs alone or with minimal help. Assisted the Insurance Administrator with gathering, confirming, and renewing insurance information from Sub Contractors and Insurance Brokers for projects as well as assisting the front desk with greeting office guests, taking and redirecting calls, and sending out packages via messenger. Had to maintain a log of all onging projects assigned to me ensuring that each SC's insurance was up to date and valid with each new building they worked in.

Assisted the Project Manager from project start to completion collecting all necessary information by reviewing plans, creating submittals, change orders, and purchase orders. Used the ComputerEase system to log all project information. Created spreadsheets to track projects, material lead times, and other information as needed.

Responsible for a majority of the plumbing and sprinkler proposals, submittals, and change orders sent out to General Contractors. Placed orders and maintained great working relationships with various vendors, making sure to shop around to ensure cost and lead times aligned with the provided scope. Attended job walk throughs to gain a better understanding of potential projects and regularly negotiated projects with GC project managers. Reviewed plumbing and sprinkler plans with the designer and foreman during projects to assess any adjustments to the scope and creating the necessary change orders. Created spreadsheets to track projects, material lead times, and other information as needed.
