• Lead an On-Site Management Team which are responsible for the human resource procurement needs of a high-volume client, acting as an on-site liaison between 400+ temporary Associates, the client, and the AppleOne organization.•Conduct training, orientation, and counseling sessions with all agency Associates, covering topics such as health & safety, work protocols, performance expectations and job assessment.•Facilitate client development and relations by conducting thorough ‘needs assessments’ and making effective business development recommendations.•Generate reports to monitor attrition trends, fill rates, Associates’ hours (per collective agreement), and took proactive/preemptive action to ensure optimal business operations.
