Development and delivery of clinical training and evidence projects. Key responsibilities include:- Maintaining subject matter expertise in the breast cancer space and Endomag products- Research and collation of journal publications and key opinion leader practice, for internal analysis and meta-analysis of clinical data, and for development of optimal procedure workflows - Maintaining and updating the Endomag Learning Management System (LMS)- Participation in implementing blended learning, and best practice approaches- Competitor intelligence and market landscape research, disseminating relevant updates to facilitate decision making- Developing training curricula for new products and supporting associated launch strategy

Responsible for acting as subject matter expert of the clinical function of the Versius Surgical Robotic System to feed into the new product pipeline. Key activities included:- Co-ordination, development, documentation, and delivery of laboratory-based pre-clinical studies to evaluate product safety and performance, define optimal procedure flow, and provide evidence for regulatory submissions- Definition and validation of clinical requirements, via collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and regulatory affairs- Management of Medical Advisory Boards (MABs) consisting of external KOLs (surgeons/ clinicians)- Support of product development documentation activities, such as design reviews and change control boards- Assessment of clinical risk, by defining and reviewing clinical hazard scenarios (severity and likelihood), and proposing appropriate mitigations as required- Writing of relevant regulatory documentation, such as clinical development plans, systematic literature reviews, and clinical validation protocols

Provision of processes and support for Field Service aspects of the organisation. Key responsibilities included:- Development and delivery of a Field Service Engineer training programme, both virtual and in-person- Participation in process-related risk management such as PFMEAs- Overseeing the roll-out of service activities in new markets and with distributors

Technical support for the Versius Surgical Robotic System. Key activities included:- Troubleshooting of system faults or issues, both software- and hardware-related, for internal stakeholders and external customers- Membership of a 24-hour on-call rota, to provide second line support at all times- Supporting product demonstrations in roadshows or conferences, as well as installations in hospital sites
