To assist the Quality & Compliance Manager in the day to day running of the Compliance department, ensuring all drivers are operating in line with current regulations.

Within the role of Operations Manager I am responsible for 15 multi-skilled technicians who service a client base that involves plumbing, electrical, building fabric, groundwork, garden maintenance and PPM scope of work for charity and social housing homes. Within this team I have the responsibilty of managing 3 surveyors which carryout quoted works and to attend sites that have been serviced to ensure quality workmanship from not just our own technicians but also of our prefered sub-contractors has been carried out. To manage the field base technicians I carryout toolbox talks and one to one appraisals ensuring they adhere to the set KPI's that deliver an excellent service to the client. I have monthly Contract meetings with each of the clients that I manage to show them the KPI reports and to discuss how the contracts are running to ensure smooth and clear delivery. These meetings are held with senior directors at each of the organisations of which i am more than comfortable dealing with.Within the administration, i deal with client invoice queries, technician salaries and expenses and third party QS. We have an internal helpdesk that i interact with to ensure that correct engineers are located work in the correct areas. This interaction helps with the high standard of KPI's and SLA's.
