My remit was to spearhead a workforce of 288 staff across eight key delivery teams in a strategic leadership capacity, controlling a £multimillion budget and year-end accounting. I took ownership of corporate governance and frameworks to improve assurance and quality control levels from limited to substantial. I applied strategic leadership and management to HR operations, payroll, people and employee engagement, health & safety, learning & development (L&D) and internal communications to drive productivity and performance. I advised at CEO and senior leadership level as a trusted advisor on people related matters, not limited to strategies to improve performance and organisational delivery.
