After passing my level 2 in May 2023 I have continued my education onto level 3

currently studying counselling level 2 person centred face to face . completing other courses online along side this

everything wedding. spending quality time with my individual brides and grooms to make sure I delivered the outfits they wanted and helping them find those outfits. organising the wedding party with appointments and outfits and making sure the wedding day is prepared as stress free as possible. dressing the bride on the day. listening to their needs and delegating or providing them yourself. stock control , stock decisions , organising and running catwalk shows and attending trade shows and bridal shows. Ensuring the customers satisfaction and enabling any alterations or adjustments to our services that fit within the boundaries of the business. Ran as a family business this has worked alongside other work from a young age.

assisting the manager in the running of the forecourt and shop. working long hours to cover staff absence and shortage. stock control and placement. ensuring the opening and closing procedures are followed and cash handling.
