Knowledge Management lead for Advisory Canada, comprised of over 650 professionals across Canada. Responsibilities included the development and management of knowledge programs and solutions to ensure the capture and dissemination of knowledge, expertise and information to support the needs of client service professionals. Key Achievements• Led the development and implementation of a national knowledge management program for the Advisory business in Canada.• Managed the design and launch of an Advisory wide portal, delivering a consistent user interface and navigation structure across the businesses’ three practices and 24 services lines.• Led the development and implementation of a KM governance model, including organization structure, business processes, risk management policies and procedures and a monitoring and measurement program.• As part of a broader communication and change management effort, presented the Knowledge Management vision and strategy to over 400+ Partners, Senior Managers and Managers at a national Advisory conference.• Recommended and led the development of Advisory’s Engagement Knowledgebase, a “one stop shop” for engagement experience and credentials.• Supported Advisory’s business development efforts during the economic downturn by recommending and leading the development of the “Rapid Response – Succeeding in Turbulent Times” internal site to support firm wide awareness and business development efforts in this challenging environment.• Developed “Stay Connected”, a publication to support Private Equity LOB business development efforts and an expressed need for global Thought Leadership updates and access across all functions and LOBs.
