I am joining the Health and Community Sciences postgraduate teaching team to teach on a range of MSc programmes. Alongside this I am continuing my post-doctoral research in a mix of well-being related projects, the largest of which is “Care under Pressure 3” - investigating interventions that are being used to improve the mental health and well-being of hospital doctors. I have been involved in a wide mix of projects. I have supported all aspects of quality improvement, and delivered training to support all aspects of teaching and learning. I have written and reviewed training materials and qualifications for awarding bodies, and written a range of training materials to support high quality teaching and learning. I am a registered assessor for the matrix standard for information, advice and guidance. I have also been a standards verifier and quality reviewer for Edexcel. I was involved in delivering training on national programmes such as the Sector Management College's Managing Curriculum & Quality module and the LSIS Advanced Teaching and Learning Coach and Subject Learning Coach programmes for the south west region for Learning South West. I was also the regional specialist lead for English and maths in the south west for several years, supporting teachers in a wide range of post-16 organisations.
