• Maintaining all SFX and electric elements of the show & in charge of all show ordering needs. • Managed and supervised 11-15 crew members; scheduling and coordinating changeovers and maintenance calls.• Orchestrating weekly check-in calls with Blue Man Group headquarters in NYC to keep them up to date on the progress and operation of the show aboard the NCL Cruise ship.• Facilitated and participated in the load in of all our production equipment and set at the top of each week, was apart of the show run of our weekly 7-9 Blue Man Group performances and then loading out the show at the conclusion of our production week.
